Returns & Refunds Policy
This returns and refunds policy applies to orders delivered in the United States unless a different policy is shown at checkout.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, changing your mind, choosing the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, or requesting cancellation after production has started.
We accept claims for defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items only.
To report a defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item, email support@prismavibe.com or call +12028168152 within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo evidence.
Please do not send any item back unless we specifically ask you to do so. Most quality-related claims are reviewed from your order details and photo evidence first.
If a claim is approved, we may offer a replacement item or a refund to the original payment method. We do not offer direct exchanges.
Refunds approved by us are usually submitted within 5 business days after approval. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
We cannot approve claims caused by an incorrect delivery address supplied at checkout, incorrect personalization or customization details supplied by the customer, or change-of-mind requests after an order has entered production.
If you need a different size, color, or design for a non-defective order, place a new order for the item you want.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply under law.
