This shipping policy applies to orders delivered in the United States. Orders can only be placed for destinations that are available at checkout.
Orders are fulfilled through third-party production and logistics partners. Dispatch location can vary by product type, inventory, and shipping destination.
Orders usually begin processing within 3 business days after payment has been successfully authorized.
Typical delivery estimates are 3 to 17 business days after dispatch, or 6 to 20 business days in total from order confirmation.
Current standard shipping charges are USD 4.95 for the United States, EUR 4.95 for France, and EUR 4.95 for Italy. The exact shipping charge shown at checkout is the amount charged for your order.
Shipping options, estimated delivery timeframes, taxes, and final shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout after dispatch.
If an order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on how the products are fulfilled.
Estimated delivery windows are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delivery can be affected by carrier delays, weather events, peak periods, customs processing, or issues with the shipping address provided at checkout.
If your address is not accepted at checkout, we do not currently ship to that destination.
